Amanda Mortlock
Vice President, Utility Partnerships @3Degrees
Amanda leads the 150-person national Utility Partnerships (UP) team at 3Degrees, a renewable energy and climate services company committed to helping businesses and their customers take urgent action on climate change. The UP team at 3Degrees helps regulated electric and gas utilities design a full suite of customer-facing renewable programs and products, which deliver value for both the utility and their end customers. The team also helps the utilities build powerful customer relationships and sales channels for their products. Amanda holds an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Rachael Terada
Director, Technical Projects @Center for Resource Solutions
Rachael Terada is the Director of Technical Projects for the Center for Resource Solutions (CRS), a nonprofit organization that promotes policy and market solutions to advance sustainable energy. Rachael manages technical projects and initiatives for CRS and brings over a decade of experience working in renewable energy markets. She leads the Green-e® Renewable Fuels certification program for renewable natural gas (RNG). Rachael also leads technical paper development, international expert assistance to government agencies on renewable energy policy design, support for renewable energy certificate (REC) tracking system initiatives, as well as blockchain initiatives for renewable energy markets. Rachael oversees the annual Renewable Energy Markets conference and manages technical projects for the Green-e® certification programs. She received her M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
David McDougall
Senior Business Development Manager @3Degrees
David McDougall has spent the last 15 years of his career dedicated to advancing the adoption of renewable energy and sustainable products. He joined 3Degrees in 2017 to lead business development for the company’s Utility Partnerships division, which designs and implements voluntary renewable energy programs for utilities nationwide. Previously, David worked in distributed wind power, SaaS energy management programs, persistent commissioning and energy services. His diverse experience includes sales and sales management, operational excellence programs, team leadership, customer success, and strategy. He is a LEED AP professional and Certified Energy Manager with a mechanical engineering degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. David taught a course titled “Sustainability in the Organization” at Boston University and resides outside of Boston with his wife and three kids.
